☆TUESDAY★

Today, I took 4 classes from 9:00 to 16:10 so I was very tired.

I want to sleep a long time at home, because I will have no class tomorrow. However, I will come to school in order to hear an explanation about studying abroad.

By the way, the Golden Week will come soon! I'm looking forward to spending Golden Week!!

Golden Week plans

I have no plan to travel anywhere, but I want to enjoy Golden Week with my hobbies.

First, I want to read some books in English. For example, I have "Harry Potter I" and "Alice's Adventure in Wonderland" in English.

Second, I really want to see "NODAME CANTABILE II". There are more movies that I'm interested in.

Third, I want to rental some CDs to hear. Then I put them to my MD, because I can hear them every time I want to hear.

My hobbies

First, I like to read books. My favorite book is “Harry Potter I”. I try to read it in English.

Second, I like listening to music. When I listen to music, I feel so happy.

Third, I like to see movies. I saw “Alice in Wonderland” recently. It was very nice.

As you can see, I have some hobbies to enjoy.

Music I like

I like music very much.

I can play the piano, the alto sax and the clarinet, because I learned the piano for 7 years and I belonged to the brass band club for 5 years. I want to play the violin someday.

I like listening to music. I like Japanese pops. My favorite artist is GReeeeN, who are Japanese singers group. When I listen to their songs, I become happy.

First classes

Monday, 12th April, it was heavy rain, so the bus which I take every morning came too late and I arrived at school too late.

Writing class has already started, but I could join it, because teacher and assistants were very kind.

However, I think that I don't want to late any classes!

★The Blue Cat Club

This is a very interesting story.

James and Chantal go to see magic show by Merlin.

James is unhappy because Merlin talks and touches Chantal very friendly. So, James decides that he helps one of Merlin's magic.

First, James gets into the big box and Merlin closes the door.

Second, Merlin pushes 4 swords into 4 holes in the door of the box.

Finally, he pushes the last sword in quickly.

'Aaaaaagh!' James shouts then.

Merlin takes the swords quickly from the box. Slowly he opens the door of the box.

James is in it but he is not moving. His shirt under his hands is red - very red.

'Oh, no!' Merlin says. 'What's wrong? I don't understand. I ... I'm sorry!'

'It's OK, ' James laughs. 'It's only tomato juice. It's only my little game, Mr Magic.'

Merlin's face is very red now.

That is the most interesting scene I think.

MY FAMILY

There are 4 people in my family. We don't have pets.

My mother works at a discount shop. She is good at cooking. She cooks delicious dishes for us every day.

My father is a Self-Defense Forcer. He likes to drink alcoholic, but I think too much drinking is bad for his health.

My brother is in the 6th grade at a elementary school. He likes soccer, and he is a goalkeeper in his club at school.

We live in kumamoto now, but we have lived in Hokkaido before.

☆Percy and the Pirates

I read "Percy and the Pirates". I thought Percy Pike is kind and clever.

One day, Percy went fishing to get enough fish for his family, but his boat started sinking.
A ship rescued him, but it was a pirate ship.

There is a terrible captain, Crook and he loves trasure very much.

We steal for Crook 'cos he's the best
Then put the treasure in his chest.

This is the ship's motto.
If anyone don't obey it, he should walk the plank and jump into the sea,
and be gobbled up by sharks.

However, all the crew stole Crook's treasure a little and they were killed by sharks.
Then, Percy and Crook are only in the ship.

"I've found a treasure map," cried Percy with a smile.
"I'll be rich," chuckled Crook.

Actually, a treasure map was made by Percy.
Crook was trapped, but Percy didn't help him.

Finally, Percy returned all trasure to the ships that Crook had attacked.

Everyone was so grateful, they gave Percy a big reward.
And the Pike family was never hungry again.

★ALICE IN WONDERLAND

I went to see "Alice in Wonderland" with my friend yesterday.

There were a lot of women at a theater, because Wednesday is "Ladies' Day" when the women can see a movie only 1000 yen. However, we saw 3D version of the movie, so we paid 1300 yen for it.

The movie is an adaptation of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" written by Lewis Carroll, but it was a story of when Alice is 19 years old. In other words, Alice comes Wonderland again and other characters gets a little old.

I like the Hatter and the Cheshire Cat. Because I like Johnny Depp who plays the Hatter, and the Cheshire Cat is very cute!

I will not write about particular plot of the movie, because I don't want to make you unhappy before you see it. However, it was very interesting and it gives you a dream! I really recommend it for you;)

When I came home, I remembered that I have had "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" written in English. I want to read it and write a summary of it someday!

☆LATE TIME★

Monday and Tuesday, I came back home late.

Monday, I had 3 classes until 18:00. After classes, I went to see practice of orchestra in my school till 19:00. I arrived at home about 20:00.
Tuesday, I had 4 classes from 9:00 to 16:10. After classes, I went to e-campus center in order to do some homeworks untill 18:00. I arrived at home over 19:00.

It was dark about 20:00 yesterday, but it was a little bright yet today. Today was warmer than yesterday was, so I came home by walking from bus stop today.

I will have only 1 class and it will finish before noon, so I will come home early tomorrow.

TODAY'S WRITING CLASS

I'm writing this during the class. I added some things to my blog. For example, words count which count words of my blog's articles, and recent comments which express someone's comments written for my blog. Thanks to that, I can see numbers of my blog's comments and I can see someone's comments. I'm happy to be able to get some comments, but I'm sad not to get any comments.

MY HOLIDAY

Saturday, I woke up about 2:00p.m. because I went to bed too late Friday's night. I read a English book, and then I wrote an article of my blog about it. After that, I studied English words by using "Power words". I watched "Nodame the movie" on TV at night. I was looking forward to watch it very much. I want to go to movie to watch "Nodame the movie part2" !

★The real Rome

I read chapter 2 of "THE STORY OF ROME". It was "The real Rome".

This is a historical story. It said how to be built the Republic of Rome, so I could learn origin of Rome.

According to the story, shepherds and farmers lived the seven hills where Rome now stands over 3000 years ago. They grew all food that they need and they also made all clothes and tools.
They had a marketplace, sewers, and a temple dedicated to Jupiter.
There are an army, priests and fortune-tellers.

The city was ruled by a king and the senators who are wealthy noblemen. They decided what the law should be, what buildings to put up and when to go to war. However, King Tarquin and his son, Sextus were too bad. The King ignored the senators and bullied the people. His son attacked a senator's wife. It was the last straw, so the senators banished Tarquin and Sextus and then they began to run Rome themselves.

I think that cooperation is important to live a life of peace!

☆The myth of Rome

I'm reading "THE STORY OF ROME" now. It has 6 chapters and I've read Chapter 1. It is "The myth of Rome".

This was a story of Romulus and Remus who are royal twin brothers.

I was interested that they were brought up by a wolf when they were babies.
Their grandfather was King Numitor, but his brother, Amulius stole the crown from Numitor and ordered a slave to kill the twins. However, the slave didn't obey it and he floated them to the river gently. Shortly after the twins lived with wolves, a shepherd couple found them and brought them up as their own sons.

I was surprised that Romulus killed Remus.
One day the twins met their real grandfather again. He was very pleased and they gave the crown back to Numitor from Amulius. After that, the twins had a quarrel about where their territory start. Finally, Romulus ruled and named his own city "Rome".

I chose this book because I'm interested in Rome! I will write a summary of Chapter 2 tomorrow or I may write some summaries about some chapters which I like.

★MY SPRING VACATION☆

Today was too cold.

I took only 1 class. It was English speaking class. I talked about a day of my spring vacation!

My story was...
Last March, I went bowling with my friends. We played 2 games. My friends got good score, but I didn't. I got average score.
After the bowling, we went to karaoke box. We could eat ice-cream cone as much as we wanted there. My friends are good at singing, but I don't think I'm good at it. When my friends were singing, I was playing the tambourine.
We had a very good time!

This is my first blog! I wanted to write blog yesterday, but I couldn't. Yesterday, I took classes until 18:00 so I came back home late and I felt tired.

I like reading books! I want to read "Harry Potter" in English, because I've read all the series in Japanese.
